Anthropometry
Anthropometry is the study of the human body and its dimensions.
Understanding body’s unique ratios will help you determine how to best use athletes strengths.

40-Yard Dash
The 40-yard dash is used to measure speed and acceleration.
Pro X records the time it takes for an athlete to run 10m, 30m and 40yards, using laser timing gates.

High Jump
More than just a basketball and volleyball test, the vertical jump is reflective of athletes lower body strength, power and reactivity.

Reactive Strength Index
The RSImod test measures how well an athlete stores and releases energy during fast stretch-shortening actions.
High-RSI athletes are springy, explosive, and efficient, letting them run faster, change direction sharper, jump higher, and fatigue less.

5-10-5
The 5–10–5 Pro Agility Shuttle assesses an athlete’s ability to accelerate, decelerate and change direction rapidly.
This sequence requires explosive starts, crisp lateral movement and controlled stops, making it a reliable measure of short‑area quickness and change‑of‑direction efficiency

Every Pro X test workshop ends with a clear performance report and athlete profile, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and physical priorities.
